Auditions for the eleventh season of Big Brother Naija
(BBNaija), Africa's largest reality television program, have begun, according
to MultiChoice Nigeria.
The organizers said that this year's audition procedure will take place in person in an Instagram post on Saturday. Interested candidates are anticipated to register between May 16 and May 20.
MultiChoice claims that participation is free and only
available to Nigerians who are at least 21 years old and have a legitimate form
of identification.
Additionally, the organizers stated that there are
only a certain number of audition seats available and that the registration
link will close when its full capacity is met.
Confirmation emails with information about the in-person auditions, which are set for May 22–24 in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu, will be sent to the chosen candidates.
Following the success of previous editions, the upcoming season is expected to feature a fresh lineup of housemates competing for the grand prize.
Industry insiders hinted that Season 11 could
introduce major twists to the nomination and eviction process, making the
competition more unpredictable for both contestants and viewers.
The live show is expected to run for 10 weeks, continuing the franchise’s tradition of showcasing intense social interactions, tasks, and entertainment that have made BBNaija a continental sensation.
BBNaija returned to physical auditions during its 2025
tenth edition after six years of virtual screenings. The tenth season combined
online applications with physical screenings in Lagos, Abuja and Enugu.
In order to allow prospective participants who were unable to attend in-person events to compete, the show initially offered online auditions in 2019. Those who would like to apply for BBNaija Season 11 can do so by using the official registration portal and supplying the necessary legitimate information.
