The Abankuro village in Ejisu, Ashanti Region,
has benefited from the generosity of actress Jackie Appiah, who also provided a
contemporary toilet facility with 10 units that are completely operational.
Jackie Appiah made the
decision to spend her 39th birthday with the residents of Abankuro as a way of
giving back to one of the areas that helped make her famous.
The actress and her management group gave the
community numerous excellent donations.
Along with the donated
10-unit toilet facility, village members also received an undisclosed amount of
cash, a borehole, water, school bags, clothes, shoes, and exercise books.
To honor the movie
goddess on her 39th birthday, a lovely celebration was planned.
Since a few years ago,
Jackie has made it a point to celebrate her birthday by helping those who are
less fortunate.
