According to reports from 2Baba's management group, the latest pregnancy rumor is false and the artist is in fact not responsible for the incident for which he has been charged.
In a press release issued on August 14 by 2Baba's management
company, Now Muzik, the singer's reputation has been repeatedly attacked by
rumors that she is the mother of additional children.
The musician's management also clarified in the statement
that the deleted message of gratitude to his wife, Annie Idibia, had nothing to
do with reports of a second pregnancy outside of their union. Instead, it was
just as the singer had stated.
This contrary report comes after 2Baba wrote a public
apology and statement to his wife on August 8 and then deleted it, sparking
rumors and conjecture that he had another babymama. Given the couple's historic
period in the headlines regarding many babymamas and family dysfunction, rumors
of these quickly spread like wildfire.
