Heritage Queen Culture Int'l visits Tourist Sites in Akwa Ibom, set for Pet Project

 

Thursday 28th July 2022 was a day to remember for Queen Rita Effiong as she visits tourist sites in Akwa Ibom led by her management team.

The Queen was accompanied by Miss Akwa Ibom Africa MAIA (1st Runner up), Queen Abigail Waters, and Queen Princess Eunice (The Heritage Queen Nigeria) as well as Amb. Emenyi, the creative director of Ibom Heritage Magazine Nigeria.

The Heritage Queen Culture Intl who was received by Queen Blessing Abaketip (Pioneer Fashion Queen Niger Delta) and her brand manager; Mfonobong Robson thanked the team for a warm welcome given her and promised to use her office to promote the rich cultural heritage of the State.

In a welcome speech, Queen Blessing Abaketip (Pioneer Fashion Queen Niger Delta) welcomed the entire crew to the city and hope to partner with the Heritage Queen Culture Int'l in her project.

In addition, Mfonobong Robson welcomed Queen Rita Effiong and her amazing team and promised to take them around the tourist sites in the area.

In his response, Amb. Emenyi, the Creative Director of Ibom Heritage Magazine Nigeria thanked Queen Blessing Abaketip and her creative Manager for finding time out of his busy schedule to welcome them to the city and added that God will bless the brand for their selfless services to humanity since the inception of the brand.

Their first stop was at Ikot Ekpene Plaza built by the Former Governor, and Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio as they later moved to the Raffia Hub where they were all enlightened on the various raffia products and their relevance in the leisure industry of the state.

They later visited Four Point by Sheraton and later proceeded to Ikot Ekpene Club.

Their last stop was The Bantu Museum where they took some pictures for the record.

Queen Rita Effiong is a native of Ifa Itai Etoi in Uyo Local Government of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, and a student of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Ikot Osurua, Studying Electronic Engineering.

Out of her love for Humanity and quest to see motherless and fatherless gain hope in today's Society, picked up a modeling career and aspired to become a Royal Queen which she eventually emerged Queen of NAAKISS, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Chapter. 

It was on this motive that Ibom Heritage Magazine Nigeria saw her deep passion to represent and promote the Nigerian Culture Heritages, she was called upon and endorsed as one of Ibom Heritage campus ambassadors in 2019.

Queen Rita Effiong is 26 years old and loves reading, cooking, and singing, and dislikes cheating and backbiting.

She is 5.7ft tall and her philosophy has been never to look down on anyone no matter the condition you find the person.

She was crowned the Heritage Queen Culture Int'l, the official Face of Ibom Heritage Magazine after a huge contest among her contemporaries which was held a few months ago.

In the course of researching more about the Nigerian Cultural Heritages, she took her team on an excursion to the beautiful city of Ikot Ekpene popular known as the "Raffia City" for the excursion.

Lots of historical sites were unfolded and the Queen has a lot to document about as she is set for her pet project.

The climax of the excursion was a photo session with the team.

It was indeed a beautiful scenario with the convoy of other Royal Queens.
