Naira Marley, the founder of Marlian Music, has released the official music video for the outstanding song Jo Dada. Jo Dada, which translates as "Dance Well" in Yoruba, is the lead single from his self-titled debut album. In the new video, Naira Marley makes it rain in honor of Nigerian spraying tradition.
Naira Marley has continued to develop his music after years of establishing himself as a prominent voice in the streets.
He does this by fusing the unpolished tones of UK rap, the Yoruba language, and the sounds of the diaspora to create an uncompromising and unpredictable sonic palette that stands in stark contrast to the sugary commercialism of the Nigerian AfroPop mainstream.
