Just few moths to the official date, Organizers of Akwa Music Festival; an annual musical concert is set for a city wide tour in a bid to create awareness for the main event on November.
The announcement which was made few days ago by the project director; Mr Idongesit Cyril popularly known as Shock during a phone interview with news men in Uyo had it that "Akwa Music Fest Citywide Tour" is aimed at creating more awareness for the biggest Music Festival and to engage talented youths while giving them the platform to showcase their raw talents on the main event.
I can be recalled that few weeks ago, organizers of the event had a media briefing with members of the press raging from bloggers, social media influencers, On Air Personalities, Content creators media professionals.
According to Shock, the campaign train will hit Abak on the 28th of September, 2025 followed by Ikot Ekpene the Raffia City, then Eket before the main event sets in on November in Uyo the Capital City.
Akwa Music Festival is programmed to serve as a mega platform where music artists link up for exposure and projection of their musical careers.
Moreover, the its vision is to be an instrument in the transformation of music talent to monetary equivalent where upcoming music artists can utilize the various tools and resources available for their spotlights.
Following this development, members of the public, entertainment lovers, music artists, comedians fashion models and intending partners are all expected to plan to be part of the Citywide music tour while enjoying maximum entertainment, vibes on vibes, good music and anticipate the main event.
