On Saturday, 12th October 2024, entertainment lovers, pageant queens and members of the press converged for the official unveiling "Miss Bantu 2024" official theme.
The unveiling which had the conceptualiser of the brand, Hon. Patty Etetteh Ineme, Brand manager of TNY Gallery; Mr. Ani Nwaowo and other crew members of Ibom Bantu Cultural Heritage signals the commencement of activities for the annual event.
The theme of the event "Culture Redefined" is geared toward redefining the cultural heritage of our beloved state; Akwa Ibom and Nigeria at large.
According to Hon. Inemeh, "Miss Bantu 2024" will feature Art and Craft exhibition, Stage Play, Fashion Show, Cultural Display, Award presentation, Music Performances, Book Lunch and Comedy as winners will go home with 1Million Naira worth of Prizes.
He also added that the pageant is opened to Nigerian girls between the ages of 20 - 30 years old.
The consultant and project manager; Comr. Mfonobong Robson however urged interested contestants to grab this opportunity to become international pageant queen and get their w ay to Stardom.
Comr. Robson also added that the event will draw Industry players, entertainment stakeholders, Brand CEOs within and outside the country to witness this year's edition of the event as it promises to be educating, entertaining, and informative.
While giving his remark, Mr. Ani Nwaowo added that the event will avail contestants the opportunity to visit the museum while getting to know more about the cultural reservation in the history of Akwa Ibom and Africa at large.
Also in attendance at the unveiling was the CEO of Most Beautiful Southern Queen Nigeria (MBSQN); King Uti Ibanga, Pastor Aniebiet Akpan, Mr. Ani Nwaowo, Face of Association of Queens and Kings; Queen 👑 Etima Lawrence, Miss Raffia City Culture and Tourism; Queen Blessing Udo, and Miss Bantu Culture and Tourism (2022); Queen 👑 Udeme Effiong.
