Dr. Mfon-ete Michael popularly known as Dr. Mfon, is indeed a woman of many parts.
Heard through the grapevine, She is a Lover of Music. A Soul Music Diva. A Member of the Lagos Jazz Society with stage name AdiahaObong; She plays a variety of instruments.
She has featured in events in locations in Lagos, PH and Abuja at Naija Jazz Festival, Freedom park, Johnny Rockets and other locations; to mention a few. And has shared stages with a couple of artists.
She will be featuring in the long awaited Merry Concert which holds on Saturday the 16th of December, 2023 at Villa Marina Hotel in Eket LGA, Akwa Ibom State.
In an interview with the Humanitarian and Soul Music Diva, she spoke passionately about Music its benefits to the community and how it helps enhance community development.
In her words, "Music is a universal language and helps individuals communicate and connect to other cultures around the globe. As an individual passionate about community development, I see Music as one of the vehicles for social change in bringing communities together, breaking walls and boundaries."
About the Country Music Band, she said "I am happy working with Uwem Uyooh and The Voice Vocal Band, a Country Music Band. Young individuals with a good knowledge of music.
Working with them in preparation for the concert has been a wonderful experience so far. The professionalism. Precision. Attention to music details. Their passion for music is indescribable. Reminds me so much of music rehearsals in Lagos.
She looks forward to going upstage soon in Eket.
