Office of Miss Justice Culture and Tourism Nigeria (2022/2023) in collaboration with Office of Miss Justice Best Model (2022/2023) present a 1-Day Sensitization & Awareness Program.
According to Queen Imoh Udom, so many gender based and non Gender based human rights violation happen on a daily most especially in the rural areas and they're being silenced or shut in to die in their pains and groans mostly because they have the right information that will lead them to the right source to get justice.
However, things like this have given perpetrators wings to fly and do more.
"We are going on this sensitisation to tell this people, those violated and of course the potential victims that there's a way, the right way to get justice and by so doing, it will help reduce social violence, gender based and non Gender based violence in our societies, states and country at large", she added.
While on an interview with the press, Queen Imelda Thompson added that Day in, Day out women, men, youths, children are being victimized for things they have been well provided for in the law but due to ignorance, inadequate knowledge, fear of stigma, following the negative trend of dying in silence, we have lost promising Men, women, youths, children to psychological/emotional trauma, fear and even death.
"We are taking this very vital information that will lead to liberation and freedom to our mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters in the rural area with the hope of having a better community and state to live in". She added.
The Sensitization and Awareness Program is Scheduled as follows:
