Lagos Based Singer and Writer popularly known as Young Beat has officially announced his change of name.
When asked why he changed his name, he said that the reason behind his change of name is because he feels Beatingz was not representing his artistic direction and as well his fans were complaining and they preferred 'Big Bitz' to Beatingz, so he had to rebrand it.
Big Bitz also added that his rebranding is as a result of the new jobs he has done and couple of projects he is currently working on.
The singer, when asked people he has worked with since he found his self in the music industry, he said has worked with a lot of artist both outside the country and within.
In his words: "I've worked with artistes like Tapper, Demolision Boy, AQ, Arabian Queen, Osho Alpasino and Klaash."
He also added that in the next few years to come, he is looking at establishing a strong presence on social media and as well as any promotional events and live performances he can organize around it, networking with other artists and producers, as well as creating visual contents to enhance the overall experience and attract more attention on platforms.
It may interest you to know that Big Bitz is the producer behind "Gbedu" by Tapper and also future Arabian Queen aka AQ in United States.
"Over the next four years, I plan to collaborate with other artists and professionals in related fields to create interdisciplinary projects. I want to explore and let the world know I wasn't playing." He added.
About his new single dropping on 27th July, 2023, though not yet disclosed, the singer said that the song is a raving tune of the moment that is mixed with lots of vibes and concentration and it will be a sure jam when it dropped officially in all platforms.
