The 3rd edition of the annual Ibom Entertainment Week 2023 is upon us, as the curtains draw on the Completion Agenda administration.
The weeklong annual event, which mobilizes thousands of Akwa Ibom entertainers, is put together by the Special Assistant to Governor on Entertainment Industry, David Sergeant (Utang Akwa Ibom) to spotlight the sector and support talents that make up the multimillion naira entertainment industry in the state.
The event is an initiative in the Completion Agenda administration of Governor Udom Emmanuel, and can pass as one of the signature projects which has meaningfully engaged thousands of talents in the entertainment industry.
We are glad to announce that the 3rd edition of Ibom Entertainment Week tagged 'Gratitude Edition' is scheduled to hold from Friday, May 18 to Sunday, May 21, 2023 in Uyo. The theme 'GRATITUDE' is inspired by the impactful leadership strides of Governor Emmanuel, testament in infrastructural and human capacity development, which has created an enabling environment for our industry.
We look forward to welcoming guests from around Nigeria and beyond to explore Akwa Ibom, as we showcase the state in all it's splendour.
