Governor Ayade set to unveil "Carnival Calabar 2022" theme this September

 

As part of activities ahead of the World Tourism Day 2022 celebration in Calabar, His Excellency, Governor Ben Ayade is set to unveil this year’s Carnival Calabar theme on the 27th of September, 2022 to mark the World Tourism Day.

This is to kick start the preparations of the largest street party in Africa and the 32 days festival of Cross River State, the Carnival Calabar and Festival. 

The theme unveiling ceremony will launch band leaders to go beyond the pleasure of the annual tourism fiesta to communicate the message, through their costume, band and music.
